Occassionally we are forced to permanently ban a channel from applying for one of our bots. This can occur for several reasons, but in most cases it falls into one of the following categories:

• The channel is a warez channel.
• The channel has abused one of our bots several times previously.
• The bot is being used for a purpose in violation of network policy (i.e. mass advertising).
• The owner of the channel has personally attacked BotService.
